1.Before work starts
Cancel any time before your specialist begins and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Orders that have not been started within 48 hours of the requirements being supplied are cancelled and refunded automatically.
2.Full refunds
A full refund is issued where any of the following apply.
- The service could not be delivered as described
- A specialist asked for a password, an authentication code or account access
- The problem turned out to be unfixable — for example, an unmaintained mod with no working alternative
- Delivery ran materially past the stated window without agreement
- Work was never started within 48 hours of you providing the requirements
3.Partial refunds
Where part of a multi-part service was delivered successfully and part was not, we refund the portion that was not. Co-op sessions you attend are not refundable, but unused sessions in a package are. Custom development refunds are prorated against the milestones already delivered.
4.What is not refundable
- Outcomes that depend on your own play — co-op assistance improves your odds, it does not guarantee a payout
- Change of mind after a finished mod, plugin or written deliverable has been handed over
- Sessions missed without notice, where the specialist attended
- Hardware limitations disclosed to you before the work began
5.How to raise a dispute
Open the order in your dashboard and choose “Raise an issue”, or contact support directly. Include what was expected and what happened. Most disputes are resolved by the specialist redoing the work at no extra cost, which is usually faster than a refund.
If that does not resolve it, Nebulith support reviews the order, the messages and the deliverables, and decides within three business days.
6.How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes three to five business days depending on your bank.
This build is a demonstration. No payments are taken and no refunds are issued.
