Terms of Service

1.Using Nebulith

Nebulith provides gaming services: custom Minecraft mod and plugin development, server setup assistance, and GTA Online accounts, in-game currency, vehicles and properties earned through normal gameplay. Specialists deliver the work; Nebulith provides the platform, the vetting process and the dispute handling.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any purchase you make.

2.What we will not do

Some requests fall outside what this platform exists for, and we decline them regardless of who asks or how the request is framed.

• Providing modified, glitched or generated in-game currency
• Cheats, exploits, modded lobbies, automation, macros or botting
• Working on an account that is not yours to authorise
• Recovering, unlocking or accessing another person’s account
• Anything requiring credentials for a non-gaming account — email, banking or otherwise

3.Game account access

Some GTA V services are delivered by playing on your account, and those require you to share a game login. Which services these are is stated on every listing and again at checkout before payment.

Where a login is shared: it is used only to deliver the ordered service, only by the assigned specialist, and it is deleted on delivery. We do not access payment methods, game libraries or anything outside the game in question.

Sharing account credentials is contrary to most publishers’ terms of service, including Rockstar’s, and can result in suspension. That risk sits with you as the account holder, and ordering such a service means you accept it. You are strongly advised to set a temporary password before the order and change it again immediately after delivery.

Nebulith will never ask for credentials for a non-gaming account, and no Nebulith staff member will ask for a game login outside the checkout. Report anyone who does.

4.Orders and delivery

Each listing states its scope, its requirements and its estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates begin once you have supplied the requirements listed on the service page.

Where a service depends on your availability — coaching sessions in particular — delivery is scheduled with you and may extend past the listed window by agreement.

5.Payments

Prices are shown before checkout and include the platform fee. This build is a demonstration and processes no real payments.

In production, payment would be collected at checkout and held until delivery is confirmed, with refunds handled under the Refund Policy.

6.Acceptable conduct

Treat specialists and other users decently. Harassment, discrimination, threats and attempts to move a transaction off-platform to avoid protections are grounds for suspension.

7.Intellectual property

Nebulith is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Game names are used descriptively to indicate which game a service relates to. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Deliverables produced for you as part of an order — including the source code for custom mods and plugins — are yours to keep and use. Nebulith retains the right to reuse generic utility code written to build them.

8.Liability

Specialists provide advice and configuration assistance. You remain in control of your systems and accounts throughout, and you are responsible for the changes you choose to apply. We recommend backups before any configuration work, and specialists will take them where they have access.

9.Changes to these terms

We will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that point means you accept the updated terms.
